Return Eligibility


Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygienic reasons, Fusül does not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we accept returns if:

 The product is damaged upon delivery

 The wrong item was delivered

 The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Return Window


You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

  3. Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days upon receiving and inspecting the item, via the original payment method.

 Items purchased on sale or via promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund including shipping fees.
