Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygienic reasons, Fusül does not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we accept returns if:
∙ The product is damaged upon delivery
∙ The wrong item was delivered
∙ The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Return Window
You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
How to Return

If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days upon receiving and inspecting the item, via the original payment method.

∙ Items purchased on sale or via promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund including shipping fees.
